1st Shot Taking NL50 Of The Month And A Couple Of Hands

So first chance I got to play this month and hit the NL50 tables straight off, session went really well and I played pretty decent which was nice. Tables not seemingly that different from NL25 but its early days yet. Just a couple of hands below that caused me food for thought:-

Villain is 20/15 over 700 hands 66% fold to 3bet, 15% open from EP. Decided to flat pre as I dont expect him to continue with that weak a range here. I guess this one is close.

On the flop I think my range has to look strong to him so does he always cbet here? His cbet is 50% IP. River a check/fold or check/call? I hate turning a set in to a bluff here but with my bet it feels thats what I did.
